INSTALLING THE GARAGE EXHAUST FAN - OR, "ARE WE DONE YET?"
The fan is in! We can finally play in the garage and smoke without having the place look like my car
in high school during lunch. Thanks for the help Jimmy and Chris.
Rule #1: Always keep a clean workplace. This will avoid the injuries that we sustained during this
project. Although only one of us died, it was touch and go for a little while.
See rule #1 above.

Measure twice for accuracy. Or do what Greg does and just make sure you cut out half the
wall so the outside cap will fit. Thank God for duct tape.
Just for fun we left the electricity on to see how good of an electrician Chris really is
- the memorial services will be held Monday evening. But we won't be attending because we will be
playing poker.
Cutting the siding was not as easy as it seemed. Greg was banned from any future work with sharp objects
after this debacle. It seems he does not have the patience and has the motto, "well, let's just get it in
and we can fix all the other crap later." He was fired.
Holy crap. Somehow it turned out looking good - and even the wife approved! What luck. Can I have my job back?
The professional looking job you see here in no way reflects the damage we did to the interior of the garage.
But DAMN IT LOOKS GOOD! And works like a CHAMP!
